About This Role

Manage and provide skilled physical therapy to patients with various diagnoses and disabilities, focusing on individual patient needs to achieve maximum independence. This role is within Providence Seaside Hospital's Rehab Department, which emphasizes patient experience and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and provide skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities
  • Tailor therapy taking into account individual patient special physical or age-related needs
  • Perform patient/client evaluation and treatment
  • Provide professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual functional level and potential

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Oregon Physical Therapist License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy Program

Nice to Have

  • Specialized physical therapy training for particular department need
  • Specialized physical therapy experience for particular department need
