About This Role

Join Iowa Ortho on a PRN basis as a Licensed Physical Therapist, delivering individualized, quality-oriented therapy programs to patients in dynamic outpatient rehab locations in Des Moines and Ankeny, IA. This role supports patients in achieving optimal recovery through state-of-the-art rehabilitation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, quality-oriented therapy programs, including assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and education
• Uphold clinic policies and regulatory standards while demonstrating superior clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Engage in collaborative communication with team members and actively identify patient learning needs
• Foster a professional image and a supportive team environment
• Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize patient care effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• Current, active, and unencumbered license to practice in Iowa (or pending licensure/preparing for board exam within six months)
