Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs
• Develop patient recovery plans
• Deliver physical therapy designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience with a Bachelor's degree
• Entry level with support for new graduates
