This Physical Therapist role involves assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy in a facility setting for mixed skilled and outpatient caseloads. The position at Powerback focuses on restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing patients' physical abilities.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs
- Develop patient recovery plans
- Deliver physical therapy designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities
- Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity
- Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience with a Bachelor's degree
- Entry level with support for new graduates
