Physical Therapist

About This Role

Assess patient needs, develop, and deliver physical therapy plans in a facility or varied settings to help patients regain and enhance their physical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs
• Develop recovery plans
• Deliver physical therapy
• Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities
• Adapt to the needs of the patient
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals for comprehensive patient care
• Train patients and caregivers on skills for independence and productivity

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy OR Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field with a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor's in Physical Therapy plus 5 years experience

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent.
