About This Role

Assess patient needs, develop, and deliver personalized physical therapy recovery plans for older adults and children, helping them improve physical abilities and restore hope.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs
• Develop patient recovery plans
• Deliver physical therapy
• Address the whole patient and see them as an individual
• Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities
• Adapt to the needs of individual patients
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals for comprehensive care
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy OR Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• Entry level with support for new graduates; may require 5 years responsible PT experience if only Bachelor's degree
