Physical Therapist

About This Role

As a Physical Therapist, you will assess patient needs, develop personalized recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients regain their physical abilities in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities and home-based care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs
• Develop patient recovery plans
• Deliver physical therapy
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals for comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy OR Master's degree in a PT related field + Bachelor's degree in PT OR Bachelor's degree in PT + 5 years of PT experience

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent.
