About This Role

Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients regain their physical abilities. This role involves educating patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs
• Develop recovery plans for patients
• Deliver physical therapy to patients
• Educate patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity
• Make referrals to help patients get the care they need

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
• Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
