Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients regain their physical abilities. This role involves educating patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
Responsibilities

- Make referrals to help patients get the care they need
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
