About This Role

Improve lives by restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing patients' physical abilities through personalized care plans and physical therapy delivery. Collaborate with peers and educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.

Responsibilities

Assess patient needs
Develop patient recovery plans
Deliver physical therapy
Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities
Train patients and caregivers on skills for independence and productivity
Make referrals to help patients get needed care

Requirements

Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
Master's degree in Physical Therapy OR Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience

Qualifications

Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or Master's in a related field with a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of PT experience
