Physical Therapist

About This Role

This Physical Therapist role involves assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy to help older adults and children improve physical abilities. The position aims to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical function across various care settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans
• Deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities
• Adapt therapy programs to meet diverse patient needs and work environments
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
• Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of experience
• Entry level with up to 2 years of experience; new grads welcome
