About This Role

Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients regain their physical abilities. This role is crucial in restoring hope and making a lasting impact on older adults and children's wellness.

Responsibilities

Assess patient needs
Develop patient recovery plans
Deliver physical therapy
Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities
Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity
Make referrals to help patients get the care they need

Requirements

Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of experience
