Physical Therapist

About This Role

This role involves assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy to help older adults and children regain their physical abilities. The Physical Therapist will work in an in-facility environment, contributing to an industry-leading team focused on personalized care and making a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs
• Develop patient recovery plans
• Deliver physical therapy
• Address the whole patient and see them as an individual
• Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities
• Adapt to the needs of the patient and varying settings
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals for comprehensive patient care
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
