Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field with a Bachelor's in PT, or Bachelor's in PT with 5 years experience
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
