Physical Therapist

About This Role

This role is for a Physical Therapist who will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients regain their physical abilities in various care settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs
• Develop recovery plans for patients
• Deliver physical therapy to patients
• Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities
• Adapt to the needs of individual patients
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy OR Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
• Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Equivalence for degrees earned outside the U.S. is required.
