Physical Therapist

About This Role

This role involves assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy to help older adults and children. The Physical Therapist will restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities while collaborating with peers.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs to develop individualized recovery plans
• Deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities
• Adapt to the needs of individual patients and various work settings
• Collaborate with peers and make appropriate referrals for comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy OR Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
