About This Role

Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to older adults and children, focusing on restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing physical abilities.

Responsibilities

Assess patient needs
Develop patient recovery plans
Deliver physical therapy
Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities
Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity

Requirements

Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience (if Master's is not in PT)

Qualifications

Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
Entry-level position; new grads supported by mentorship program.
