Physical Therapist

About This Role

This role is for a Physical Therapist dedicated to improving the lives of older adults and children through physical therapy. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs
• Develop patient recovery plans
• Deliver physical therapy
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity
• Adhere to a reporting structure to the Director of Rehab

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license or proof of license and eligibility
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field combined with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
