As a Physical Therapist, you will assess patient needs, develop personalized recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help older adults and children regain their power and thrive. Join an industry-leading team focused on personalized, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs to bring their power back
- Develop patient recovery plans
- Deliver physical therapy
- Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities
- Train patients and caregivers on skills for independence and productivity
- Make referrals to help patients get the care they need
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy OR Master's degree in a PT related field with a Bachelor's in PT OR Bachelor's in PT with 5 years experience
- Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent.
