Physical Therapist

About This Role

As a Physical Therapist, you will assess patient needs, develop personalized recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients regain their physical abilities and promote independence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs
• Develop patient recovery plans
• Deliver physical therapy
• Address the whole patient and see them as an individual
• Design a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities
• Adapt to the needs of the patient
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals for comprehensive patient care
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy OR Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field AND Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy + 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
