About This Role

This role involves assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy to help patients restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities. The Physical Therapist will work in various settings, adapting to patient needs and collaborating with peers to provide comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs
  • Develop patient recovery plans
  • Deliver physical therapy
  • Address the whole patient and see them as an individual
  • Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities
  • Adapt to the needs of the patient and work in varied settings
  • Collaborate with peers and make referrals to help patients thrive
  • Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity

Requirements

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
  • Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent
