Physical Therapist - Ortho/Oncology

About This Role

Provide physical therapy care to orthopedic and oncology patients in an outpatient setting, developing personalized rehabilitation plans to improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
• Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs
• Complete and maintain required trainings
• Maintain compliance with government regulations
• Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

Requirements

• Successful completion of educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
• Current Physical Therapy State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR
• Licensed clinical experience

Qualifications

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
• Licensed clinical experience is required.

Nice to Have

• Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience
• Outpatient orthopedic experience (student rotations considered)
