Millennium Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide patient assessment, care planning, and direct treatment in a skilled nursing setting in Waterloo, IA. This role involves supervising other therapy staff and contributing to the clinical team process.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload
- Supervise other licensed physical therapists, assistants, technicians, aides, and students as required
- Participate in the clinical team process
- Provide teaching and training to caregiver staff
- Be involved in clinical program development
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy
- Professional Licensure in the state of hire
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to utilize independent clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective time management skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy
- Two years of clinical experience preferred

- Two years of clinical experience
