Provide mobile outpatient physical therapy services to patients in their homes within the Portland area, utilizing a tech-enabled platform to support flexible scheduling and reduced burnout.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes
- Choose when to see patients during any hours/days of the week
- Utilize Luna Auto-Charting to automate documentation
- Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app
- Address concerns early and often with open communication
- Empower decision-making and approach goals deliberately
- Prioritize fewer high-impact goals and act decisively
Requirements
- State-specific PT license
- Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
- 1+ years of experience
- Liability insurance
- CPR/BLS
