Physical Therapist

About This Role

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, treat, and document treatment for patients in an outpatient setting. This role involves maintaining compliance with regulations and communicating effectively with all parties involved in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and ensure compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in Kentucky
• CPR certification

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Outpatient clinical rotation if a new grad or at least 5 years of outpatient clinical experience in the last 5 years if a practicing clinician.

Nice to Have

• Outpatient clinical experience (rotation for new grads, 5 years for practicing clinicians)
• Experience in aquatics, sports medicine, neuro, pelvic, concussion, or hand therapy
