About This Role

This role is for a Physical Therapist to examine and treat patients with physical impairments in a home health setting, focusing on improving mobility and function for daily living.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities
• Assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, and other skills necessary for daily living
• Administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services
• Teach family members and other members of the health care team
• Perform duties in accordance with physician’s orders and established plan of care, under direction and supervision of the Branch Director

Requirements

• Currently licensed as a physical therapist in the state of employment
• Valid state driver’s license
• Automobile liability insurance
• Dependable transportation in good working condition
• Ability to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
