About This Role

This role is for a Physical Therapist to examine and treat patients with physical impairments in a home health setting, focusing on improving mobility and function for daily living.

Responsibilities

Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities
Assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, and other skills necessary for daily living
Administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services
Teach family members and other members of the health care team
Perform duties in accordance with physician’s orders and established plan of care, under direction and supervision of the Branch Director

Requirements

Currently licensed as a physical therapist in the state of employment
Valid state driver’s license
Automobile liability insurance
Dependable transportation in good working condition
Ability to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
