About This Role

Manage and provide skilled physical therapy services to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities. Evaluate and treat patients to achieve maximum independence in accordance with their functional level and potential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and provide skilled physical therapy services to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities
  • Take into account individual patient special physical or age-related needs
  • Perform patient/client evaluation and treatment
  • Provide professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual functional level and potential

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy Program

Nice to Have

  • Specialized physical therapy training to meet a particular department need
  • Specialized physical therapy experience to meet a particular department need
