Join our Home Health team as a part-time Physical Therapist, providing quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of individuals in need of physical therapy services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid in patient recovery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Graduate of Physical Therapy program
- Current registration or license as required by the state of practice
- Licensed driver with automobile insured
- Good driving record and reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification
Qualifications
- Graduate of Physical Therapy program
- Minimum of two (2) year experience in a health care facility or equivalent experience preferred.
