Caregiver/HHA/CNA

About This Role

Provide essential in-home care services to seniors in the Fort Walton Beach/Shalimar area, helping them maintain independence and quality of life. Deliver compassionate support ranging from companion care to personal care duties, adapting to varied shift requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic companion care including light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, and meal preparation
• Provide personal care such as incontinence care, transferring, dressing, and bathing
• Work a variety of shifts including overnight, mornings, afternoons, and evenings, from 1-24 hours (live-in), over weekends
• Exhibit compassion, care, dependability, professionalism, honesty, flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude

Requirements

• Operational insured vehicle
• Ability to pass a Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) background check

Nice to Have

• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification
• Home Health Aid (HHA) certification
