Provide essential in-home care services to seniors in the Fort Walton Beach/Shalimar area, helping them maintain independence and quality of life. Deliver compassionate support ranging from companion care to personal care duties, adapting to varied shift requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic companion care including light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, and meal preparation
- Provide personal care such as incontinence care, transferring, dressing, and bathing
- Work a variety of shifts including overnight, mornings, afternoons, and evenings, from 1-24 hours (live-in), over weekends
- Exhibit compassion, care, dependability, professionalism, honesty, flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude
Requirements
- Operational insured vehicle
- Ability to pass a Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) background check
Nice to Have
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification
- Home Health Aid (HHA) certification
