Serve as a dedicated Physical Therapist at Gottsche Rehabilitation, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for diverse patient populations. This role contributes to a mission-driven team committed to exceptional rehabilitation and setting new standards in rural healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations
- Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatments to enhance recovery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and outcomes
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Nice to Have
- Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Familiarity with EMR systems
- Experience with pediatrics or geriatrics
