About This Role

Join Community Care Physicians as a motivated Physical Therapist, providing direct patient care in an outpatient setting to maximize functional outcomes. This full-time position located in Wynantskill, NY offers a recruitment bonus and opportunities for continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, maximizing functional outcomes.
• Formulate comprehensive treatment programs based on patient's medical history and condition.
• Prioritize patient care needs.
• Assess patient's needs throughout the continuum of care and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Document treatments and patient progress in accordance with professional and organizational standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science, Master’s degree or Clinical Doctorate of physical therapy degree
• Current NYS Physical Therapy license and registration
• Able to communicate effectively, verbally and written

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science, Master’s degree or Clinical Doctorate of physical therapy degree from an approved Physical Therapy program
• 1 year physical therapy experience preferred, new graduates welcome to apply
