Requirements

Texas State Physical Therapy (PT) license
Master's or doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (PT)

Master's or doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (PT) required unless transitioned into accreditation with a bachelor's degree
Experience in pediatric Physical Therapy (PT) preferred
