About This Role

Provide home-based physical therapy services to children, helping them improve their quality of life. This role offers flexibility and strong clinical support within a condensed geographic zone.

Responsibilities

Provide home based physical therapy services to children
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Work in alignment with staff and therapists to provide high-level care
Continuously develop clinical and leadership skills

Requirements

Meets qualifications established by APTA
Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in state of occupancy
Hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
Current valid BLS CPR card
Reliable transportation
Current auto liability insurance
