This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role involves assessing patients' physical conditions, developing and executing individualized treatment plans, and helping patients restore function and mobility through various therapy techniques and education.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical conditions
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans
- Work closely with patients to help restore function and mobility
- Administer therapy techniques
- Monitor patient progress
- Provide education on injury prevention
- Foster an encouraging environment to enhance recovery
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Physical Therapy, Medicine, and Rehabilitation
- Experience in Patient Care and Home Care services
- Ability to develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on patient needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and colleagues
Nice to Have
- CPR certification
- First Aid certification
