Join Ahava Therapy Services as a full-time Physical Therapist to conduct functional assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy sessions to patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver and document evidence-based therapy sessions
- Supervise and instruct therapy assistants as needed
- Collaborate with nursing staff, residents, and families to maximize functional abilities
- Educate residents and caregivers about continuing home exercise and therapy
- Maintain compliance with documentation, safety, and quality standards
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing education
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Current PT license in the state of practice
- BLS/CPR certification (current or obtained during orientation)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
