About This Role

Provide comprehensive patient care as a skilled Physical Therapist by expertly assessing physical impairments, developing individualized treatment plans, and applying advanced therapy techniques to improve patient mobility and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed patient assessments to evaluate physical condition and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals, clinical findings, and best practice protocols.
• Apply manual therapy techniques including joint mobilization, soft tissue manipulation, and therapeutic exercises.
• Implement effective pain management strategies to alleviate discomfort and improve patient comfort.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term health maintenance.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations and ensure all professional documentation meets legal standards.
• Stay current with advances in physical therapy practices and continually update clinical skills.
• Ensure a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for patients throughout their treatment journey.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
• At least three years of experience
