Responsibilities

• Provide specialized physical therapy treatment and rehabilitation services to patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Conduct evaluation of patients
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Perform ongoing re-assessment of patients
• Plan for patient discharge

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
• Current Basic Life Support Certification
• Valid Texas Physical Therapy License or Temporary License
• 1 year Licensed Physical Therapist experience

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
• 1 year Licensed PT experience
