About This Role

Obtain specimens for diagnostic tests and procedures, educate patients on collection, and perform waived level lab testing to support disease diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain specimens for a variety of tests and procedures to be used in diagnosis and treatment of disease
• Provide patient education on collection procedures
• Perform registration for specimens not collected by laboratory personnel
• Perform and result waived level lab testing

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy or equivalent training from an accredited program

Qualifications
