This role provides essential administrative support to the Vice President of Philanthropy, contributing to the Trust for the National Mall's annual fundraising goals. It involves coordinating team activities, managing donor relations, and facilitating key meetings to ensure the National Mall endures and evolves.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Philanthropy
- Support the Philanthropy leadership team
- Collaborate with other teams as needed
- Work closely with the Director, Office of the President & CEO to facilitate internal and external meetings and activities
- Coordinate team activities
- Provide event support
- Manage moves management processes
- Prepare for meetings
