This role is responsible for the safe and accurate delivery and pick-up of medications, supplies, and products, as well as providing administrative support to the Pharmacy department and assisting customers within the pharmacy.
Responsibilities
- Perform delivery tasks and pick-up medications in a polite, safe and professional manner
- Operate vehicle for the delivery of customers, mail, supplies, products or materials
- Ensure deliveries are safe and accurate
- Coordinate timely deliveries of customers and supplies
- Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Provide administrative support for the Pharmacy department
- Initiate phone calls, receive, screen, and route incoming visitors/calls
- Initiate and finalize point of sale transactions for all deliveries
- Assist customers within the pharmacy as needed
