About This Role

This role is for a dedicated pharmacist providing essential support to an independent, community-focused pharmacy in Marion, KY. The position focuses on patient-centered care and offers opportunities for flexible scheduling and professional growth in clinical and compounding services.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide patient counseling and clinical support to optimize therapeutic outcomes
• Perform point-of-care testing and test-to-treat services as permitted by state protocols
• Collaborate effectively with prescribers and healthcare partners
• Maintain proper documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
• Expand skillset into compounding, pharmacogenomics, and functional medicine with available training

Requirements

• Active Kentucky Pharmacist license
• Strong attention to detail with a patient-care focused mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, clinical, or compounding pharmacy preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
