Pest Control Technician / Exterminator

About This Role

The Pest Control Technician/Exterminator will manage commercial accounts by conducting inspections, developing solutions, and treating customer facilities. This role involves maintaining strong customer relations and accurate documentation in the food and commodity industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner
• Serve as a problem solver for customers utilizing in-depth training and company resources to provide efficient solutions
• Possess a high degree of attention to detail, ability to work independently, and be self-motivated
• Develop knowledge and expertise in pest control methods and products through provided training
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain appropriate pesticide license within 90 days
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
• Ability to safely use a ladder within manufacturer's weight capacity
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
