Pest Control Technician Exterminator

About This Role

The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC), a division of Rollins Corporation, seeks a Pest Control Technician to provide pest management and consultation services for commercial accounts in the food and commodity industries. This role involves in-depth inspections, solution development, and customer facility treatment, ensuring excellent customer relations through professional service and precise documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests professionally and timely
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing provided training and company resources to determine efficient solutions
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements
• Conduct in-depth inspections, develop solutions and treat customer facilities for commercial accounts

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain appropriate pesticide license within 90 days of employment
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
• Ability to use a ladder safely within manufacturer's weight capacity
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
