Manage a portfolio of personal injury cases from intake through settlement, working directly with clients, medical providers, attorneys, and insurance representatives. This role ensures timely resolution by tracking case milestones and accurately maintaining confidential client data.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal injury cases from intake through settlement
• Work directly with clients, medical providers, attorneys, and insurance representatives
• Gather and organize documentation, medical records, and evidence to support claims
• Prepare case files for negotiation, mediation, and trial
• Track case milestones and deadlines to ensure timely resolution
• Communicate empathetically with clients regarding their claim status, treatment options, and case progress
• Assist attorneys with discovery, deposition preparation, and settlement documentation
• Maintain accurate files and confidential client data

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a case manager in personal injury law
• Strong knowledge of personal injury process, medical terminology, and insurance procedures
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Proficiency in legal software and document management systems
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with professionalism and attention to detail
