Garces, Grabler, & LeBrocq is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing team, managing a complex caseload from intake through resolution.
Responsibilities
- Handle both pre-litigation and litigation cases from inception through trial or settlement
- Conduct client meetings, case evaluations, and strategy development
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses/requests, demands, and other documents
- Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case handling
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission (in good standing) to the New Jersey State Bar Association
- 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and case management skills
