Manage the day-to-day operations and sales of a retail department, ensuring smooth functioning while leading and engaging a team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior experience leading others
• Willingness to obtain required certifications
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills & experiences
• History of ensuring seamless shopping experience for customers
• Ability to use time and resources efficiently and effectively
• Act with integrity, pride, and passion

Qualifications

• Prior experience leading others; 1 year or more experience as a Baker for Bakery departments; Previous experience working in a meat department with various tools for Meat departments.

Nice to Have

• 1 year or more of experience as a Baker (for Bakery departments)
• Knowledge of and ability to process different cuts of meat (for Meat departments)
• Previous experience working in a meat department and with various tools (grinders, saws, meat processing tools for Meat departments)
