Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient functional status through thorough assessments
• Develop customized treatment goals and care plans
• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based OT practices
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Identify and refer for additional services as needed
• Document treatments accurately and on time
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences
