People Experience Coordinator

About This Role

This role is responsible for coordinating the "People Experience" for caregivers, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, and retention to ensure a thriving team and seamless client service.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job advertisements across various platforms and community channels.
• Build strong caregiver pipelines through referrals, schools, and local partnerships.
• Partner with the team to match caregivers with clients for optimal fit.
• Ensure staffing levels are maintained to prevent visit cancellations.
• Lead engaging Discovery Day sessions for new hires.
• Support caregivers in confidently using Nurse Next Door systems.
• Implement new people programs and track their adoption.
• Champion caregiver engagement initiatives, growth, and career paths.
• Act on caregiver feedback to continuously improve their experience.
• Recognize and celebrate team milestones and contributions.
• Manage exit processes with care and professionalism.
• Keep employee files and systems updated.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, operations, or people leadership
• Proven ability to recruit A-Players in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Tech-savvy with G-Suite (Docs, Drive, Calendar, Gmail)
• Must pass a background check with a Vulnerable Sector Search

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, operations, or people leadership.
