Pediatric Nurse (LPN or RN)

About This Role

Provide specialized one-on-one pediatric home health nursing care to patients in their homes and at school, working closely with families and case managers to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home health nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes and at school following an individualized home health plan of care
• Work closely with families and case managers to ensure the highest level of pediatric home health care
• Deliver home health nursing interventions that match your skill level and comfort

Requirements

• Current credentials as either a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Valid AHA-BLS CPR course completion (Infant, Child & Adult) - hands-on portion required
• FBI and Child Abuse Clearances (provided by eKidzCare, if needed)
• Recent Two-Step Tuberculosis test, Chest X-ray, or Blood Test (provided by eKidzCare, if needed)
• At least 1 year of experience as an RN or LPN OR willingness to participate in New Grad Training Program

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or willingness to participate in the eKidzCare New Grad Training Program
