This Payroll Manager role involves overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely compensation for employees. The individual will handle payroll administration, employee tax documentation, and garnishments, while collaborating with HR and finance to ensure compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of payroll processing
- Ensure employees are compensated accurately and on time
- Manage payroll administration
- Handle employee tax documentation
- Process garnishments
- Address payroll-related inquiries
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist with employee benefits coordination and reporting
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Payroll Administration and Payroll Management
- Proven ability to manage payroll systems and reporting requirements
- Experience with Garnishments and Payroll Taxes, including compliance with relevant state and federal regulations
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and their integration within payroll processes
- Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
