Responsibilities

• Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established schedules
• Manage full-cycle payroll operations, including preparation, submission, and reconciliation
• Handle payroll for employee groups ranging from 101 to 500 individuals
• Oversee garnishments and other deductions, ensuring proper documentation and compliance
• Resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and communicate effectively with employees
• Maintain up-to-date records of all payroll transactions and reports
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure alignment with company policies and regulations
• Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Assist with audits and reviews of payroll processes as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll processing, including full-cycle operations
• Familiarity with managing payroll for medium-sized employee groups (101-500 employees)
• Knowledge of garnishments and other payroll deductions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies efficiently
• Proficiency in payroll software and tools
• Understanding of payroll regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent communication skills
