Payments Planning Manager

About This Role

This role will lead planning and reporting for programs and projects within the Payments organization, aiming to enhance productivity, efficiency, and communication while mitigating risks. It involves collaborating cross-functionally and supporting the Payments Business Ops team.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and reporting on key programs and projects that support the Payments organization's objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance communication and execution of governance frameworks
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with project management and change initiatives
• Support the Payments Business Ops team in launching and executing strategic projects
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through clear communication and timely problem resolution
• Contribute to knowledge resources and educate team members on best practices

Requirements

• Strong experience with Airtable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities for complex technical challenges
• Deep knowledge of collaborative project management tools and methodologies

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce, Confluence, and G Suite
• Understanding of software product development processes
